Payment Authorization Holds
When placing an order using a credit card or debit card, two transactions will be posted to your account.
• The issuing bank for your payment card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.
• You will subsequently be charged for the order which removes the funds from your account. The charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold if items within the order are not shipped.

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the back-ordered item. Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.

REFUNDS & RETURN
Can I return an item I purchased?

Most items can be returned within 14 days of the item being shipped, provided it is in new, resalable condition. Items can be returned after the 14 day period in compliance with the relevant consumer legislation if the item is faulty or damaged.

My order was damaged in transit can I return it for a replacement?

Yes. We try to package all products so that they are not damaged in transit. The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 15 days. For damaged items shipped to you in the last 15 days please contact us.

What is a Restocking Fee?

The restocking fee applied will be to any item which you wish to cancel from your order if with no reason after goods have already approached to the given address. The fee is 17% of the price paid, with a minimum charge of $5 per item. This restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
